About Frontline Equality
Frontline Equality was founded by Abid Qureshi to support organisations in building fairer, more respectful and more inclusive workplace cultures.
Real frontline experience
Abid Qureshi has over 25 years’ experience within the UK fire and rescue service, with a background in frontline operations, leadership and training.
This experience gives him a strong understanding of the pressures, behaviours and cultural challenges that can exist within frontline and public-sector environments.
Alongside his professional background, Abid brings lived experience of the impact that discrimination, exclusion and poor organisational culture can have on individuals, teams and families.
Our approach
- Honest and respectful discussion
- Practical learning connected to real workplace behaviour
- Reflection on dignity, respect and inclusion
- Training shaped by frontline and public-sector understanding
Why this work matters
Workplace culture affects confidence, wellbeing, trust, performance and retention. When people feel excluded, ignored or unfairly treated, the impact can be serious.
In frontline environments, where teamwork and trust are essential, poor culture can damage morale, communication and organisational confidence. Frontline Equality helps organisations create space for honest conversations, practical learning and positive change.
