What this session covers

This session introduces key equality and inclusion principles in a practical and accessible way. It is designed to move beyond policy wording and help people understand how behaviour, language and culture affect others.

It covers discrimination, protected characteristics, dignity at work, inclusive behaviour and the importance of respectful workplace culture.

The session can also include focused awareness of the protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010 and how they relate to everyday workplace behaviour.
